Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the XRadar website and service (the "Service") operated by XRadar.my .
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
帳戶
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
訂閱與付款
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or XRadar.my cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting customer support.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide XRadar.my with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize XRadar.my to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of XRadar.my and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Malaysia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of XRadar.my.
Content accessed through the Service from third parties (like Twitter/X) remains the intellectual property of the respective owners.

XRadar.my has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that XRadar.my shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.
終止
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, XRadar.my, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or correct; that the Service will meet your requirements; that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
